Büsum is fish, North Sea air, and above all: endless mudflats. At low tide, you can walk for miles across the seabed, bury your feet in the mud, and clear your mind. After a long walk in the mudflats, it’s a great idea to enjoy fresh fish and gaze out over the sea. Delightfully unremarkable – and that’s exactly what makes it so good.
