Building a Snowman in the Snowy Forest near Eupen.

We actually just wanted to see some real snow – and you don’t have to travel far from NRW for that. Just beyond the border near Eupen, you enter the snowy forest. After a bit of walking, the little adventure begins: searching for branches, rolling snowballs, freezing hands, and giving the new forest resident a face. It’s a winter adventure without a grand plan – and by evening, you’re back home.
